Electronic meeting in lieu of physical meeting

Participants: Maria Winnie, Josh Greene, Stephen Del Grosso, Samantha Bergonia, Amber Lamb, Jean Opsomer, Tara McGuire
Topics:
1. updating policy language to allow for GMT as well as GM (housekeeping, not material changes to policies);
2. putting together an outreach event (like Beers with the Board);
3. Update on evaluations (we still need these from the GMT and staff)
4. We really really need a new board member (maybe two)
We agreed that Josh’s edits look good. You are welcome to see those, though the changes aren’t finalized or formally voted on.
We are still working on dates to do outreach, and are in agreement that we would like to play off the engagement with the grand reopening, and hold the meetup after that weekend.
We are still waiting on all of the evaluation documents from staff – only one staff member has filled out the evaluation form online, and I have nothing from the GMT yet.
We are hoping to get word from interested parties who want to serve on the board — we need them!
April’s meeting is in scheduling process, and we’ll send out the agenda as soon as we can.
