Bulk Purchasing: Special Orders

Whether you are a member-owner or a lovely loyal shopper, you can take advantage of our bulk purchasing power!

Our bulk special order program enables our shoppers/members to order anything in a case or full-bulk sizing. PLUS, as a perk to our member-owners, they can order items we may not carry in our store from our many distributors. If we can get it for you, we will!

Member-owners save 20% off the shelf price when they purchase a case or full-bulk sizing. For those who haven’t yet signed up to be a member-owner at the co-op, we still offer 10% off the shelf price.

Things to know about bulk special orders:

We can only order an item if one of our current distributors carries it.
You can order nearly ANY product from ANY department in bulk quantities, not just our Bulk department.
You must order the entire quantity. This can vary depending on the department, but most packaged items come in varying case sizes from 6 to 24 per case, and bulk items can range from 1lb to 60lbs. On items that come individually, you must order 3 or more in order to receive a Special Order discount.
We cannot guarantee an arrival time for you. Depending on what company we are ordering your product from, the arrival time can vary. A department manager will call you when your order is delivered to the co-op.
Please pick up your special order within two weeks of its arrival.

A department manager will contact you after they have received the order to follow-up with any questions and/or information before placing the order. Include as many details as possible on the form to help the department manager narrow down the search for your desired item. Most items we can order and receive fairly quickly, but some special orders may take a considerable amount of time to receive so please keep this in mind when ordering.
We will contact you after you place your order to give you an estimated day of when your item will come in, but we cannot make any promises for arrival dates in case of out-of-stocks, discontinued items, etc.
Local pickup only. You must pick up your order at the store. No delivery service is available.
